Peplum Pet Plum
Peplum. What is it? Can you have just a peplum or is it possible to have plural peplums? What does it do? Has anyone else noticed that if you say "peplum" really quickly three times, you could be mistaken for saying "pet plum"? I'm not sure if either has a purpose.
